VAT and Paypal Issues
Some customers are being charged a small amount as a VAT when using Paypal. I have checked every single setting within the cart system AND Paypal itself. I have also contacted Paypal and they swear it is not their issue. So at this stage all I can do is appologise to all customers that incur this small cost and the majority will be paying less than $1.00. If this is a concern for you please let me know and I will happily refund the VAT amount charged.
Days for Posting
All items will be posted on either Tuesday or Friday each week. Any orders received between Friday - Monday (Inclusive) will be shipped on Tuesday. Any orders received between Tuesday - Thursday (Inclusive) will be shipped on Friday. Exception to this is during the month of December where shipping will be every day or where an urgent delivery is requested.
Pricing
The cost of shipping is based on weight and destination which is accurately calculated from the latest Australia Post shipping tables. I do not charge for packaging or any handling fee.
Replacement of lost items in the post
I offer optional registered post and Insurance. You must add these to your cart as any other item. You will see these in the "Shipping Insurance" category under either "Australia" or "Overseas".
Out of the many 100's of parcels I have sent only one has failed to arrive at its destination and never be seen again and that was within Australia.
I will replace or refund the full purchase price of any product that was Insured. If the product was not insured for its full value then the amount insured will be refunded and not the full value of the game.
